Much of Viv’s work is with staff experiencing major change. She uses her training as a sociodramatist to address issues that occur when adjusting to new situations.
Viv has long-standing relationships with unions and employers, helping them to work together to achieve mutually satisfying results.

Conflict Management
At the moment I am working with a few teams who are experiencing difficulties in their working relationships. This is affecting how they are as a team. I am leading specific sessions to assist them work out their differences in order to improve their team functioning.
